Where to buy affordable engagement rings & wedding bands in Singapore - Sweet Bunny

If you are one who holds practicality over prestige, getting a bang for our buck for a reasonably priced yet quality ring is the ultimate goal for every gent's mind when it comes to popping the question.

In my case, I went along with my fiancé to purchase m engagement ring, I didn't want anything too huge or fancy because less is more isn't it? A tiny simple diamond was all I wanted, something that could be worn daily without the hassle or worry that gems would drop off etc.

Why we chose to get a Forever Mark engagement ring -Forever Mark came to mind because I really like the simplistic design of the solitary rings, the brand does promises each diamond is of great quality solitary rings and I love how m diamond sparkle and am glad it didn't cost a bomb either. We purchased a 0.2-carat diamond from Lee Hwa Causeway Point branch, just the way I like it tiny but practical and I am able to wear this ring as daily wear without the worry of attracting unwanted attention. There is even an option to trade in the ring for another Forever Mark ring; I felt that it was an excellent privilege.

Malls with a selection of boutique jewellery shops- I found that the malls such as Cause WayPoint and Bugis Junction had a wider selection of jewellery retailers located in their premises.

Causeway Point best place to shop for boutique jewellery-I found that causeway point was an excellent place to purchase jewellery, the boutiques are not massive they each have a good selection of jewellery bigger is not necessarily better, it can be overwhelming when you are spoiled for choice. Jewellery found at causeway point includes Goldheart, Lee Hwa, Poh Heng, SK Jewellery, Tian Poh all conveniently located at the same level so one trip of window shopping you would be able to roughly decide which store could cater to your taste.

Bugis Junction wide variety of boutique jewellers - SK stellar, Venus Tears, Lee Hwa, Meyson, SK gold, Goldheart, and Citigems. I found that the selection at Bugis was extensive, I somehow found it more stylish than jewellery located in the heartlands. I did go for a round of window shopping just to have an idea of what is available.

On the same day we purchased our wedding bands as well, here is a couple of factors we considered before making our choice:

Metal choices for wedding bands – We preferred white gold or platinum for our wedding bands, rather than yellow gold which is more valuable. A simple silver coloured band was what we were after. Previously platinum was stronger than and more malleable than white gold but it is common practice now to mix white gold with other alloys such as palladium to make it stronger. Both Platinum and white gold rings are of around the same pricing because a larger amount of platinum is required for one ring to give it the extra weight that gold has. I am not an expert in jewellery but I have worked with gold in the dental line previously. I understand what works go into working with gold and platinum.

Venus Tears Rings

Venus Tears Rings

Venus Tears best jewellery shop for wedding bands - I wanted a ring engraved with flowers and Sam wanted one which was simple with a touch of gold because his parents were on the more traditional side. I found the perfect pair at Venus Tears website, they have a range of elegant and simple wedding bands made of platinum. All rings are made to order and manufactured in Japan, The whole process was seamless and customer service at the Jem branch was top notch. I would definitely recommend Venus Tears to others.

When to give up long locks - Sweet Bunny

I just snipped off my long locks of hair... Are you crazy you are getting married next year, what a waste! Was my colleague’s reaction at work..

unsplash-logoRosalind Chang

Well ... I rather have healthy hair then long damaged, filled with split ends ... Earlier on this year, I was a hair model for my friend's hair styling exam and assisted with perming and rebonding my hair within a week, not advised highly damaging but totally worth it because my friend passed with flying colours.

The health of your hair affects its radiance so look out for these tell tales signs for unhealthy hair which requires trimming:

Knotted and tangled hair - While brushing your hair if you noticed many knots and tangles, it is time to go for a trim, instead of using a comb to forcefully unknot and detangle your hair which may cause breakage to the hair.

Get rid of split ends – split ends are never a pretty sight and worst they can break faster as the splits travel up the hair strands to the scalp, split hair appears translucent, weak and thin compared to regular healthy hair. Spite ends are easily detected because usually the tip of the hair has white bulbs on them. Hence snipping off these the ends could really salvage your hair.

When your hair is flat – Lack of volume and not the usual structure your hair usually is? Schedule a trim to give your hair that extra lively bounce.

If you frequently colour your hair – an indicator that your hair suffers from hair damage is the colour not being able to hold and fades, it loses its elasticity and easily snaps or breaks when wet. Highlighting and bleaching cause the most damage to the ends of your hair bearing in mind that the ends of your hair are the oldest part and the most fragile.

Heat damaged hair – Blow drying and styling of hair can cause heat damage from constant usage of hair irons and curlers contributing to lifeless hair. Having fizziness and static looking hair is also another indication to get a trim. Deep conditioning and limiting usage of hair iron and curlers helps prevents heat damage.

What if I do not want to trim my hair – You could always approach your stylist for treatments for your hair it helps but does not resolve split ends.

The length of my hair is now shorter but I am glad that it is to be bouncy, shiny and healthy before it was rigged with split ends with white bulbs appearing at the ends of my hair from heat damage. I do miss my long hair but the consolation is hair always grows back. So do head over to the salon to get that trim every few months? It also does wonders if your layered hair becomes uneven and untidy.

A rabbit themed, bunny marriage proposal. Sweet Bunny - Lifestyle , Beauty & Travel Blogger Singapore

The Wedding Proposal In Singapore - Sam and I have known each other for about 3 years; we applied for a BTO together as well as started our wedding plans.
Proposing to a Girl Singapore:A Bunny Marriage Proposal To Sweet Bunny - Lifestyle , Beauty & Travel Blogger Living in Singapore

Proposing to a Girl - To my surprise, Sam desired to propose to me, not for the sake of formality but to show me his sincerity. Knowing that I am a feminist, he offers to plan my proposal with me, this may sound extremely unromantic but being a realist as well as not liking the idea of a man bend backwards to fulfil my every whim and fancy.

My Engagement Ring - I got to choose my own engagement ring; Sam knew that Forever Mark diamonds are of good quality and suggested that we go to a jewellery store to pick out one that I liked. It also saves us the trouble of resizing the ring and ensured that the design and cut were to my liking.

Our Wedding Proposal Venue - We instantaneously decided the venue should be at a Rabbitto cafe in Bangkok, our visit to the café last year left us with a lasting impression, we totally adore the cute fluffy critters, the rabbits were not aggressive, approachable and very curious. We are both born on the year of the rabbit also gave this venue more significance.

Our Wedding Proposal Photographer - Engaging a photographer was also on our list, we wanted to capture the magical moment when Sam asks for my hand in marriage. The idea was simply to get a reputable photographer oversea is not piece of cake, I searched online a couple months before our trip to Thailand for a good photographer, the language barrier was one of my main concerns as well.

I came across Natasha I Gillett’s webpage and was very impressed with her portfolio; she is a winner of several prestigious photographer awards. Contacting her was a breeze as she replies to her emails regularly. Booking a session with her has to be done in advance as she is very popular. A deposit was required and the transaction was fast and safe because it was done thru PayPal.

The Wedding Proposal Box - Sam bought me the most adorable ring box, engraved on to the log shaped wooden box was will you marry me, accompanied with 2 porcelain rabbits. They were perfect props for our engagement photo shoot. Sam also contacted the Café in advance to ask for permission to hold our photo shoot there as well as asked for the best time when to be at the café when it is not crowded.

Wooden Rabbit Engagement Ring Box

The Rabbit Wedding Proposal Photoshoot - The day arrived when Sam proposed, we arrived early at the café where the staff was very accommodating and helpful, they helped us pick the best rabbits for the photoshoot, those they would happily allow us to snuggle and carry them. The rabbits were very curious about Natasha’s DSLR camera and would pop up right next to her to see what she was doing. Natasha was wonderful; she is cheerful, patient and helpful, gently giving us directions on some poses and ideas of good photos, the peter rabbit themed café was simply decorated and small but she had a great eye for the best shots.

Marriage Proposal Partner  - Sam isn’t a guy of many words nevertheless he displays his affections by caring for me, He got on one knee and presented me the ring we might have planned this blissful day together but surprisingly nothing felt rehearsed or fake, we just had a very enjoyable afternoon playing with the rabbits after he declared his love for me.

Korean Shampoo & Conditioner; Innisfree green tea mint fresh shampoo Review by Sweet Bunny - Singapore Beauty Blogger

Korean Beauty Products in Singapore  - When the Korean wave came to the shores of Singapore a decade ago, it was no surprise that Korean beauty products would sprout into our retail sector. I recently purchased Innisfree green tea mint fresh shampoo and conditioner, what attracted me to this shampoo as you would guess is the mint, I am a huge fan of minty shampoos as you read about in my previous review about on Broo Beer Shampoo.

The Fruitful Event, Hello Kitty Run Singapore 2018; A Fruity Adventure by Sweet Bunny - Lifestyle , Beauty & Travel Blogger Singapore

Singapore Fun Run Activities - Singapore is no stranger to Fun Runs and there are many Singapore running events nowadays, a few past events from this year include Pokémon Run, Snoopy Run and Hello Kitty Run. I find it a win-win situation because you get to be entertained by your beloved character while keeping fit and the best part is that everyone who completed the race is a winner everyone gets a medal at the end for most fun races.

My Hello Kitty Run Singapore 2018 - Fun Run Activities 2018 - Sweet Bunny

Hello Kitty Run 2018 Singapore - A few Sundays ago I took part in the Hello Kitty Race and would like to share my experience because it was my the first ever themed run. It all started with my friend wanting to take part in a competitive race and asked if I would like to join her, knowing that we weren’t in the right physic to keep up with competitive races I suggested on participating in a fun run instead.

Spacebib -  The Best Sporting Events Website in Asia  Spacebib is an online platform that lets you discover, join and experience sporting events within few clicks. My friend brought her tablet to a café and there we came to know about Spacebib while browsing the internet.

Going thru the process of hello kitty run registration was done at ease and you are also able to register for races on behalf of your friends on the platform saving us the trouble of registering a separate account. Efficient and secure, perfect.

A confirmation slip of your hello kitty fun race registration purchase is sent via email to you once the transaction has been successful. I truly enjoy going thru the listing of spacebib, discovering and registering for future sporting events. The details of each event is always clearly stated and at a glance you are able to see the price range from free to paid events.

Hello Kitty Run Singapore Race Organisers – It began to rain at about 4am in the morning, I knew that because I was awakened by the sound of thunder. The organizer Pink Apple Pte Ltd were very responsible, they sent out SMSs at 6:53 AM stating that they are monitoring the situation, about an hour later we received another message that the race will carry on.

Running in The Rain – My friend and I reached The Promontory at Marina Bay at 7:30am and was part of the first flag off at 8:35am, it was light rain, so we were advised by the organizer to walk instead of run due to the ground being slippery. A Hello Kitty Mascot made an appearance and the crowds cheered for her as she prances across the stage and danced. Undamped by the weather everyone was raring to go, many have continued to jog the entire race while other walked with ponchos and umbrellas. Thankfully the skies did clear an hour into the race.

Ready To Go! Picturesque 5 KM race – Walking pass the art science museum singapore, Gardens By the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and Marina Barrage was epic, one can’t help but admire the sights and sounds, the scenery of open sea and greenery was a nice change from the constraints of office life. The lotus pond Art Science Museum is my favourite area, the pink and purple shades of the lilies and lotus brings a sense of calm and relaxation to one’s senses.

The Beautiful Hello Kitty Race Pit Stops - In this 5KM - There were a total of 3 pit stops, Durian Zone, Lemon Zone and Strawberry Zone, all decked with stunning balloon arches with colours that represent the fruit, water stations were situated within these pit stops serving various flavours of teas from Pokka’s range of beverages as well as water. My favourite is the strawberry station because it had a cut-out stand of hello kitty dressed as a strawberry.

Lively Post-Race CarnivalWe finished the race at about 9:50AM, collected our medal and head on to the carnival, we were handed out ice popsicle, apples, and Pokka tea was we made our way to the carnival. There were several tents conducting games and selling products from the various sponsors and a live performance; a duet singing popular tunes of today.

The downside to the event was after the heavy downpour the field was very muddy and full of holes making it difficult to navigate around the area. We took a gif photo which cost us $5.00, a little disappointing because you could barely see our faces in the photo, not very well done but I guess everything was done in a hurry with many others waiting for their turn. The muddy environment was too much for us as the afternoon sun rose we made our way home.

Although exhausted, sweaty and drizzled in rainwater, we had fun and would definitely take part in the next Fruitful Hello Kitty Run Event, the medal is so adorable! A race where everyone is a winner? Count me in!

My Workout Journey , Weight Loss and Body Transformation Story. Sweet Bunny - Singapore Fitness Blogger

My Workout Plan for Everyone In Singapore - Last April I did a blog post about the best and effective workout routine. I posted a photo of my progress on Instagram which resulted in an astounding amount of messages from ladies from all over the world. Many were asking which LWR videos did I follow. A couple of ladies mentioned that they have the same body type as me and would be most grateful if I could share my diet and exercise routine with them and I think this will be a  perfect workout plan which will suit every Singapore girl.

Sweet Bunny - Singapore Fitness blogger before and after workout and weight transformation

I decided that writing a new post would be the most effective way to reach out to more ladies who have a body shape similar to mine.

What is the best Workout for you? – First of all I understand Lucy’s fitness programs are for 7 days however I am unable to commit the full 7 days because of time constraints and my body needed time to recuperate; I get soreness and aches after some exercises and need the rest before I start again. I opted for a 3 day 30mins workout as an alternative, always choose a routine that is easy to commit to, this would increase the chances of actually following thru and not giving up halfway.

Repairing and moisturizing properties of MKUP Water Veil Glow Lip Colour Balm. Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Lifestyle & Beauty Blogger

Singapore Cosmetic Brands - It is no secret that I am a huge fan ok MKUP 美咖 cosmetic. Their products are very suitable for my skin and lips and don't cause me to break out in pimples. The super long-lasting lip pen was the first product that I tried out and is now one of my most loved lipsticks. Apart from their range of lip pens, there is also a line of lip balms which I found to be an excellent product and would like to share about.

MKUP Water Veil Glow Lip Colour Balm by Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Lifestyle & Beauty BloggerMKUP Water Veil Glow Lip Colour Balm packaging by Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Lifestyle & Beauty Blogger

Why do lips crack and chip- First things first, we have to know what causes of our lips to crack, unlike our skin the lips has no oil glance to produce natural oils which keeps it supple.

Saliva also contributes to stripping of moisture from the lips, therefore, licking your lips to keep it moist is not resolving the problem although it might feel slightly better, saliva contains acid which digests our food, not a great substance at all for your lips.

A vitamin deficiency, lack of vitamin A, C and D may also be a cause to look out for. Avoid this by ensuring that you are eating a balanced diet and take plenty of fruit and vegetable that is rich in vitamins or supplements might help as well.

Cracked and chipped lips remediesI have chronic chapped lips, working in an office environment wherein an air-conditioned environment does not help either, my solution is to constantly apply lip balm. I have also tried Vaseline petroleum jelly but I found the texture to be too oily.

Best lip balm with cute packaging – First of all I adore the packaging, it is compact, the design is chic and the size of the lipstick is just right not too broad which enables an application to your lips a breeze.

MKUP Water Veil Glow Lip Colour Balm easy application by Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Lifestyle & Beauty Blogger
MKUP lip balm in Elegant Nude

Tinted Lip Balm – There are many brands which carry tinted lip balms of almost every spectrum of the rainbow, MKUP currently has 4 shares for their lip balm range, berry red, dew orange, classic red and elegant nude. My only preference is the elegant nude shade; the others don’t really suit my skin tone. Nude elegant is a gorgeous colour! I love how natural it looks; it does give you the dewy makeup image, moist and radiance with a touch of colour.

Repairing and moisturizing properties of MKUP Lip Balm - Apart from its lovely shades of colours, a single coat of the Water Veil Glow Lip Colour Balm does bring relief to my chapped lips which in turn locks in the much-needed moisture enabling the lips to heal. It has a non-greasy and oily texture which makes it breathable and light.

Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Lifestyle & Beauty Blogger

I have very sensitive lips and many brands of lip balms that I tried previously adds a burning sensation to my lips, not a very pleasant feeling but I am glad that MKUP is the perfect brand for me, the best part of it all is it is cruelty free and paraben-free, no animals testing were done with their products. Being kind to animals and no harmful chemicals are definitely a plus!

Zaolek lok lok buffet - a guide to the heartlands area of Kovan by Sweet Bunny Lobang - Singapore's Lifestyle & Food Blogger

What is Lok Lok - Lok Lok are like kebabs but instead of being totally meat base, there is a huger selection of ingredients to choose from. These skewered foods are either cooked or uncooked and are dipped into boiling hot soup bases. Sometimes restaurants even provide deep fry and barbequed versions of Lok Lok in their Menu.

Enjoy Lok Lok with friends by Sweet Bunny Lobang - Singapore's Beauty & Lifestyle Blogger

Origins of Lok Lok – Although there is no definite source of where exactly Lok Lok originated from, in a couple of states in Malaysia namely Kuala Lumpur, Subang etc…there are many peddlers, Lok Lok is a form of popular street food which is typically sold in vans and Malaysian restaurant has made its way into the restaurant in Singapore.

Differences between Singapore & Malaysia Lok Lok – For Singapore style of Lok Lok, you may select from a variety of soup bases such as chicken, herbal chicken, Mala, Laksa and TomYum whereby in Malaysia, it is either eaten with boiling with condiments such as sweet chili or satay sauce. It really depends on the state of Malaysia you are in.

The Month of May had been a stressful month for me and all I wanted to do was to unwind, relax and rejuvenate my senses. No surprise that I approached Focus Hairdressing after hearing about their Oway - flowerfall promotion for the month of June and July 2018. For haircut and flowerfall treatment priced at SGD$110.00, usually priced at SGD$200.00

An introduction to Oway herbs & clay peeling cleansing – At the beginning of the session, Jane asked me how I was feeling and if I would prefer a relaxing blend or a vitalizing one, She at that juncture gave me a head neck and shoulder massage after applying the blend to my scalp. There were 3 blends to choose from and these are the benefits of each blend:

Singapore Debra International: Debra Singapore Support Group for Epidermolysis Bullosa. Sweet Bunny

Channel News Asia Singapore - On a recent documentary broadcast by Channel News Asia, I came to learn about a skin disease called epidermolysis bullosa or EB. I don't know all symptoms of epidermolysis bullosa but Epidermolysis Bullosa Disease is a rare group of diseases which cause the skin to be very brittle, interactions with the skin such rubbing, heat, scratching or even touching may induce blistering. Children who suffer from this are known as butterfly children because butterfly wings being very fragile akin to the children’s skin.

Channel News Asia Documentary - Watching the documentary ON Channel News Asia, really tugged at my heartstrings, I have gone thru a case of irritant contact dermatitis with my hands about a decade ago, a mere fraction of the pain and suffering both mentally and physically that butterfly children have to thru all their lives. There might not be a cure for it now but as medical technology advances, there is always hope.

Serangoon central old bus interchange/ Wonderful Cakes at Naomi's Kitchen - Sweet Bunny

Whenever I am in Serangoon Central there is always a sense of nostalgia, perhaps being one of my haunts during my secondary school days contributes the sentiments. The red brick structure of the old Serangoon bus interchange will forever be iconic to me.

Former Serangoon Central Bus Interchange
Former Serangoon Central Bus Interchange

Serangoon Central, the Early 2000s my daily routine teen life- As a school kid I used to wait at the bus interchange for my bus home, it was always packed with commuters at times I would bump into a classmate’s kid brother and who would shout my name across the interchange to check if I have seen his sister, kind of embarrassing to have the whole bus interchange know your name. Before the shopping mall, NEX  and the North- East Line MRT came along, there was not much to do in the area, MacDonald was the only fast food chain that and was popular with the teens. Besides the community centre, there was not many facilities or services available in this sleepy area. At times, I would walk a classmate home, because her flat was on the way to the bus interchange. Her mum would wave from the kitchen window when I greeted her, auntie used to call me the girl who walks Letchumi home, she is a very nice lady who was always very warm and kind whenever I hang out at my classmate’s home to study.

Clutterbug organizing tips, skills that I brought with me to work - Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Hair, Beauty & Lifestyle blogger

About 4 years ago, I was searching for ways to keep my wardrobe tidy, YouTube has always the site I seek when searching for an idea of being a kinetic learner.

As a dyslexic, I prefer to learn by observing how things are done, videos are a great medium since it has the function to re-watch and rewind the videos as many times as I liked, to grasp the skill, concept, and procedures that are required for each project.

First Impressions - The first video I watched by Cassandra was from her old channel on YouTube malitose79. I was hooked from the start! Learning personal organizational skill has never been so fun, she just perks me up every time with her cheery personality and I find her videos very relatable.

Cassandra Aarssen home organization extraordinaire -   I love her videos; she has always shown that even with a tight budget you are able to transform any space of your home into an organized, functional and ethically beautiful space. Yes, I might live a day's journey away from Canada but my little island of Singapore does have a ton of budget-friendly stores with similar concepts to the Dollar Tree enabling me to use some of Cass's ideas.

Which Clutterbug are you?- Cass has cleverly defined different organizational styles by categorizing each style with bugs characters, doing the quiz on her website helps you to define your organization style.

Knowing your style will not only help with keeping your spaces tidy but also aid in productivity.

I currently don’t have my own apartment but I used these new skills I learn about my traits at work. In my day job, working as a receptionist being ever-ready to assist in the name of the game.
I have a tendency to have a ton of projects on hand at once. After taking the quiz I found that my mannerisms in organising are of a busy bee.

For each clutter bug, Cass has a set of useful tips and I can testify that following her methods really does help both at home and at work.

Open shelving and little bins helped me at work to complete a task in mere seconds, previously I had to scramble to find the items that I require while a client or staff member waited for me,  problem solved, everything is at my fingertips and putting away my stationery is a breeze.

Why use a wooden comb and what are the benefits of using a wooden comb on your hair - Sweet Bunny - Singapore's Hair, Beauty & Lifestyle blogger

After experimenting with the beer shampoo my hair at one point become uncontrollably frizzy, silky but frizzy what a combination! Combing my hair with my traditional plastic comb did not make things a walk in the park both because I was starting to get split ends and it does nothing for the fizziness.

My colleague from work noticed the condition of my hair and suggested using wooden combs; honestly, this was the first time I ever heard of combs made of wood, the majority of the combs I see in the market are of the plastic variety.

Plastic combs are easily available in Singapore compared to wooden combsWhen you enter any major retail mall, most of the stores only carry plastic combs, the only store where I knew I could find a wooden one with exceptional quality is The Body Shop.

The alternative sources for purchasing a wooden comb in Singapore – Well the other alternatives are shopping online, websites such as Qoo10, Lazada and mobile applications such as Carousell are excellent places to purchase a wooden comb, but take note of the sellers' reviews before finalizing your purchase.

Where I chose to make my purchase - The Body Shop has always had a good reputation for being known for their support of environmentally friendly practices. They also carry a range of brushes which are made from bamboo. Most importantly the materials used to make these combs come from sustainable sources, well-managed forest certified by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified beech wood.

Workout Routine - Finally I found a workout routine that is effective - Singapore's Lifestyle & Health blogger - Sweet Bunny

In my 20s, I was in a nasty predicament which caused me to lead a very unhealthy lifestyle; I basically ate my feelings or depended on food for that extra “boost” of energy to get thru the workday and studies by night. Hence causing me to gain a huge amount of weight. I also tried all sort of “quick fixes” such as sliming teas and pills which only made matters worse.

For about 2 years I signed up for an all-women’s gym, my weight did go down but not significantly, The annual fees were expensive and I hated that the company wanted to maximize its profits by dividing the already tiny gym into an uncomfortably cramp space, coherently conducting fitness classes. Facing a wall using a stationary bike with just enough space for the bike was too cramped and I felt rather claustrophobic.

At my new job I was blessed to have a gym within the office, equipped with a few machines I was thrilled, without a trainer, I was unsure of which exercises were beneficial and I  also realized that my arms only became bulkier when working with dumbbells and weights.

The eureka moment - was when I found a video from a post shared on Facebook by You're Gorgeous, Being a klutz, I was surprised the exercise was not complicated but rather easy to follow and in a couple of weeks, my arms were noticeably toner.

Best exercise program on YouTube - Hungry for more of these life-changing exercises, I clicked on the link which leads me to Lucy Wyndham-Read YouTube channel. To my amazement, she had a whole array of exercise videos specially designed for varies body shapes and age ranges.

Bite-sized exercise – I liked how the exercise sessions were choreographed, each video is planned in such a way that it only takes a couple of minutes to complete, perfect for my lunchtime workout at the office, especially when I have just enough  time to squeeze in a quick work out and have my lunch after.

Beautifully illustrated work-out characters On Lucy’s website she has put together workouts programs in plan form for different body shapes and diffrent stages of a women’s life which includes ; college days, weddings, postnatal and menopause etc. Her cardio characters, kind of reminded me of the Barbie dolls storybooks which I used to read as a child but the main difference is the cardio characters are very much more realistic and relatable as they are based on real-life situations.

Beer as Shampoo - How can Beer Help Your Asian Hairs? Singapore's Hair, Beauty & Lifestyle blogger - Sweet Bunny

Ever since I had the Oway Hair Treatment at Focus Hairdressing, I have gotten into a craze for mint shampoos, not just any mint shampoo but those which do not consist of sulfate and other genetically modified organisms. Although not cancer-causing, sulfate can cause moisture lost from your skin and hair consequently causing dry skin and hair, not something you want to do to your scalp because as the scalp dries over time it will produce skin flacks which look very much like dandruff but the flacks are smaller in size.
